Meet Johan, our Global head of product support working at our Karlstad office

My Journey of Growth and Innovation at Dise

Dise is more than just a company – it’s a place where teamwork thrives, where every workday feels inspiring, and where colleagues support each other. Coming into the office is always a mix of joy, challenges, and opportunities. My role is dynamic, involving travel, training, and close contact with partners. For anyone who enjoys variety and growth, Dise is the perfect workplace.

Helping our partners and receiving positive feedback is a huge motivator. It’s inspiring to constantly learn new things, develop my skills, and see my contributions make a difference in ongoing projects. Whether it’s training, integrations, or troubleshooting, there’s always something new to discover. Being part of Dise’s growth journey and watching our network of partners expand is also incredibly rewarding.

As a Global head of product support, my role is not just about ensuring our partners receive the best possible support – it’s also about creating a strong foundation for our internal team to thrive and grow. A key part of the job is continuously improving processes to provide faster and more efficient solutions. This involves close collaboration with the development team to solve technical challenges, optimize our support system, and ensure we always meet our partners’ needs. Managing and motivating the support team is equally important to ensure we deliver top-tier service.

One of my favorite innovations is smart home technology. My home is connected, allowing me to control music, lights, and security systems effortlessly. It’s a perfect example of how technology can simplify daily life and create a more convenient and adaptable environment. At Dise, innovation is all about enhancing the experience for both partners and customers – from smart integrations to user-friendly systems. By constantly evolving and improving, we ensure that our solutions always stay ahead of the curve.
