Karl Frohschamer joins Dise as Support Engineer in the U.S., strengthening local partner support and reinforcing our partner-first commitment.

As Dise continues to grow and deepen its presence in North America, we’re excited to welcome Karl Frohschamer as our new Support Engineer based in Atlanta, the United States.
Karl brings a solid background in customer service and troubleshooting, backed by a personality that aligns seamlessly with Dise’s collaborative and customer-first culture. With a hands-on approach and an eagerness to learn, Karl is set to play a key role in enhancing how we support our U.S. partners.
This is a natural step for Dise. As our partner network in the U.S. expands, having someone on the ground who can provide local, hands-on support ensures we live up to our partner-first promise and strengthen the value we offer

Karl was particularly drawn to Dise for being a Swedish company at the forefront of retail technology—an area he finds both dynamic and impactful. His early focus will be on immersing himself in the Dise IXM platform and becoming fully certified in our support environment. Simultaneously, he will work closely with our partners, learning their needs and ensuring our technology empowers their success.
His addition reinforces our investment in long-term growth and proximity to our partners, following strategic collaborations with Scientific Games, BrightSign, OpenEye Global, La Macchia, and Coffman Media. It’s a continuation of our commitment to partner first, partner only. Making sure our partners can rely on us not only for technology, but for the people behind it.
